Scan tomorrow

So I was pregnant with twins from having a FET transfer but at 7 weeks one stopped growing I got really bad cramps and Brown discharge and so I have one left. But I’ve again been having really bad cramps but no discharge (sorry if tmi) I’ll be 11weeks tomorrow and I’m booked in for a scan. It can not come quick enough not knowing what is going on inside is sending me crazy. This journey is so difficult
