Hello everyone i hope you guys r doing well. I had my follicle scan today. The sonographer jas given me a report and it states i have a dominant follicle 19x23mm does this mean size of the follice is 23mm or 19mm. When will i ovulate or have i already ovulated. Thanks you guys.xxx

The only thing I can think is that that means you have 19 follicles at 23mm which seems like a lot :/ unless the X was meant to be a + so you have one at 19mm and one at 23mm (which seems more realistic!!) xx

Thanks for ur reply ur right i dont hve 19 follicle at 23 mm she said i have one whoch is 19x23mm but 6 smlll ones at 8mm ithink the length of the follicle must be 19mm and width 23mm its notvclear ill phone up and confirm with her.x

I would understand this to mean that your largest follicle measures 19mm by 23mm i.e. 23mm long and 19mm wide. This will probably be the one that ovulates.

Hi Bibi_16. The leading follicle is 23mm. Good luck! Diane

Hi. If it's visible you still haven't ovulated. I would be baby dancing now! Good luck! Diane
