So i am done with ER. I plan to have the frozen embryo transfer month-end December or early January. Is there anything i need to do in preparation? i wish to have a healthy pregnancy. I am already on folic acid supplements, what foods should i eat and what exercises should i do.

you should restrain from excessive exercises though, in my opinion, obviously a small activity won't do any harm to you, but it's not like you should run marathons haha

with the foods, I have heard that drinking soda or coffee will not help either, there are lots of restrictions, like you should definitely stop eating some junk food. :)

for me if I get a chance to carry the baby it's going to be like all types of medical treatment. but i won't so, I think that it is all irrelevant to me unfortunately.

Thanks Abbeyaz. Im thinking of yoga and a bit of jogging. The Hormones left me unfit. I find myself breathless at any small activity

Yeah, I think yoga is totally okay it is bit more relaxing and totally makes you calm, reduces all of that stress women on treatment are going through usually. i might consider doing yoga too, cos they say that it helps with diabetes, it helps to keep it under control.

Wishing you all the best, I am just starting cycle for a frozen embryo, ,due to miscarriage I asked a dietitian and fertility Dr at the fertility show at weekend at Olympia what I should take and as well as my pregnecare and vitamin D3 ,she said omega 3 really important and vitamin c but watch they natural forms as some can be sugary or the shell made from not good form, that more the vitamin c...so I started these alongside healthy eating and walking and swimming.hope this helps.xxx

You should relax, take the time for yourself, not worry about what you are eating and drinking too much - just be sensible. Honestly, a coffee or glass of wine here and there will not affect the outcome.

I drank a pint of guinness the night before my (successful) FET!
