FET Monday. Lubion injections.

Hi Ladies. New to this, I have fet 5day blastocyst Monday and have to start taking lubion injections tomorrow (25g twice a day). Has anyone else used these? I had pesseries on my fresh cycle last year (heartbreakingly miscarried very early on) and as much as I hated them I just got on with it. Not having to use them this time around. I'm having treatment on NHS and information is not being given to me which is making me very anxious. When I've asked questions it's a bit like I should just take their word for it. Lucky my lining is a lovely 9.9 and no other issues. Any advice on these injections and what they are for would be a massive help. Thanks, Leah xxx

Thanks so much. I'll read that when I'm home from work. Just had my first injection and it isn't nice at all 😢. The after ache is going to annoy me. Looking forward to Monday now xxx

I took these on my last fet - you get used to them! They are just another form of progesterone! I stopped taking them when I got to 12 weeks. Good luck!! Xxx

Yeah I had quite a few bruises on my tummy from them 👎🏻It really hurt sometimes in the injected area for a couple dayS. I was taking clexane as well in the tummy so I don't think that helped. I found rubbing the area after injecting helped with the soreness and bruising. Xxx

Hi Leah, I m also having FET tomorrow if my embryos survive..I have just two embryos in freeze. My lining was also above 9...I m having progynova since my period day n crinone gel since yesterday...good luck to us...

I have just got to take these injections twice a day. Been so sore all day I was worried I was doing it in wrong place. Is it around belly button I need to be injecting? Aww yes best of luck to you lovewinspain. I hope everything works out for you. This is my first FET so it's strange to not be always having scans etc. I only have 1 frostie so hoping it will work. Nervous wait until Monday now xxxxxx

Yeah mine too it is first FET. My fresh cycle ended in miscarriage in September..after that I was asked to wait period and take medicine from the period day..I also had only one scan on Monday...I wish it works this time for both of us....nervous til tomorrow afternoon....

It's seemed so much longer this time around. I'm taking tablets aswell, 4 a day, they make me very tired. Yes I'm praying for everyone who is going though this traumatic experience to get some light at the end of the tunnel. Sending love you all. Good luck tomorrow and please keep updated xxxxx
