Hello, Good luck with your transfer this week. Yep, they always leave me sore too. I’ve seen on this group previously to hold the vile for a few minutes first. It warms it up slightly. Xxx

Best of luck for your transfer this week! I also didn't enjoy my Lubion injections but it helped to ice the spot a little beforehand. I still bruised but it was a little more pleasant getting through the injecting part!

yes 🙈 so itchy and sore! Was horrible. I have never had it before either on any of my other transfers just this round (check my posts from a month or so ago!) I spoke to my clinic and they said I could inject in my leg so I alternated each day between my legs and tummy (I take one injection in the morning and one in the evening) also as above I hold the vial in my hands for about 30 seconds to warm it up!) have to say it was painful and itchy for about a week but has gone now! Good luck xx

The other thing that helped me was rubbing the injection site for a little while after I had done it. Helped a bit. But they are not pleasant!

Oo yes at first I sometimes had bruising, sometimes blood and they really hurt all day, any time I had to bend I swore! I noticed the needles I had from the clinc were a bit bigger. Anyway I then ordered my next batch of meds and needles online as less expensive than clinic and the needles are smaller and I have had no bother since, I don't even feel them going in.. might be worth checking if there is a smaller needle you could be using? It may also be that my tummy is getting less sensitive as time goes on and it is getting prodded every day but I do think the needles being tiny has helped x

I advise you warm the vile, I left it on top on a hot water bottle for a few minutes before. This thins it so it’s not so thick .

Inject slowly and take out the injection slowly too.

I then immediately put pressure on the the area and massaged in circular motion with light pressure for at least 5 mins .

Worked for me, hope it’s helps you too xx

I found using 30g needles helped if you don’t already, as these help to slow the flow. Injecting slowly definitely helps. Xx

They are nasty little things! I found that sometimes they left me really sore, and other times it was fine. Nothing I did - just completely random as far as i could tell.
