Hey lovely ladies, Anyone know if you can find out where you are on the waiting list?
We got approved to go on to the waiting list for round 1 (IVF) on the 12th July. I check the mailbox everyday for the letters... I know that the first letter will be the information evening but just wondered where we were on the list. We were told that we will be fast tracked because of my egg count being so low.
Thanks in advance ladies

Hi Blueyes. I'd suggest contacting the unit and speaking with one of the secretaries regarding average waiting times. They can vary considerably depending on where you live (I live in Wales, and was told it would be 12months from the point I was formally listed...and it was around 10months when we were invited for our information session, 11months to actual treatment) But then, neither me nor DH were diagnosed with anything that would mean earlier treatment.
Good luck...the wait is very difficult
Hi my partner and I live in London and we're approved for nhs ivf treatment on the 1st September the doctor said that our treatment was due to start next March, I was advised that we would receive confirmation on all of this in the post in 6 -8 Weeks time and we would also be contacted for a group session at some point, I too was diagnosed with low ovarian reserve and asked if waiting till March would affect my chances my doctor said that my levels keep changing so they are unsure but she is re viewing with other doctors for confirmation. I was told that the ones who are fast tracked are people with amh level around 2 mine was 6 and people with cancer. Hope this is useful and best of luck with your journey xxx
Hi there, I was already under my clinic having ovulation stimulation which ended in August. From that moment I rang the clinic weekly. I also had my egg reserve tested and mine is low- 8.
They said also they would move quickly. I got my planning appointment on the 4th Oct, I reckon we will actually start treatment end of October/ November.
But please ring them, they told me where I was on the list each week, which made me less anxious.xx
