Just wondering how other ivf mummy's are feeling at this stage I still get the odd cramps bloated an constipated like u wouldn't believe an looking about 5months pregnant already !! Got my first scan in just under 2weeks!!

How many weeks are you? I still get the odd cramp, heavy feeling 'down below' that causes me the odd anxiety. Then I realised it would be weird if things weren't stretching and moving and that made me feel better I have terrible upset stomachs instead of constipation, must be the hormones x

Hi Rachaelrix86. Oh dear you're certainly going through a range of symptoms! Constipation is not nice at the best of times. Try some "Fybogel" that helps to soften everything up and is quite safe to use in pregnancy. Good luck with your first scan - how exciting will that be? Thinking of you. Diane

Hi congratulations, I'm 4 weeks 4 days 😊, first scan 8th September. I'm feeling really drained, suffering will bowels but I put that down to my crohns and also having nausea on and off especially if I smell smoke on someone ewww! Are you feeling pretty bloated? I am and don't fit know any of my clothes lol x

Hi Rachaelrix86 I totally get the bloating thing and the strange feelings lol couldn't fit into so many of my clothes so took to wearing baggy stuff. We are 5 weeks 2 days now and have our first scan in just under two weeks xx

I'm 9 weeks 3 days and am ridiculously bloated and very sick now. Sickness started at about 6 weeks and this week has been a bad one. I've also had a lot of odd twinges in my tummy and some mild cramping, feel I've done nowt but symptom spot for months now! Not complaining, still in the running I hope.

I'm six weeks 3 days and the constant background nausea kicked in this week. I'm also bloated, constipated and windy (top & bottom!!) This is all so glamorous.

I'm eating loads of kiwi fruit (obviously easy to obtain down here in NZ).

I've had a few aches and pains and 'awareness' of my tummy. Unfortunately had cramping and bleeding the night before last which lasted a day but has now stopped. My scan has been moved forward to Tuesday.

I've thought each stage of IVF has been stressful and I had loads of delays to get to ET. The wait for the scan is by far the worst - 2WW was a doddle compared to this.

Just coming up 6 weeks and very bloated my belly gets bigger during the day by nighttime it's huge! Still lots of cramps which make me so nervous. I've got my Scan in 2 weeks too it can't come quick enough! Good luck X

I'm having the exact same symptoms as you Rachaelrix86. I have two weeks until my 7 week scan too and it couldn't come soon enough. I guess with the progesterone pessaries and the little one bedding in, the side effects are bound to happen but it does make me nervous too. I hope that you feel better too and good luck with the scan X

hi Rachel. I am about the same way through as you are. I feel bloated but they maybe the prostergone injections. I am so anxious. I had the odd discharge the other day but luckily nothing since. Had very sore boobs that come and go. I don't feel constipated. They say drink lots of fluid. I think I was dehydrated yesterday so promised myself to have at least 8 glasses of water a day from now on. I am so nervous for the scan.

I was the same about 6/7 weeks. Really bloated and constipated. I'm now 13 weeks and the constipation is still there a bit. I've been drinking lots of prune juice, taking fibrogel and drinking loads of water. Just makes it a less painful when you do eventually go. Good luck with your scan. Xxx
