I want to go for an early scan but not sure if its too soon. I have one booked at my clinic for 2 weeks today and they say the date would make me 6 weeks in IVF terms but 8 weeks in NHS terms, does that make sense?xx

These different date brackets confuse me lol. I know private clinics round here earliest they will do one is 8 weeks so you might be able to get one xx

Sorry to keep asking but are you actually 8weeks then for NHS basis and 6 weeks for IVF? I had my transfer of 5 day blast on 24th June and just want to know how soon I could have a scan to see heartbeat xx

The nurse didnt mention any other week number other than the 6 weeks she gave me. I previously used this website yourivfjourney.com/baby-cal... -which was very accurate to what she told me. She also wrote my due date and info onto all the other paperwork for antenatal clinic and my doctors again with no other weeks mentioned. Hope that helps xxx

Same as bluewander... my transfer was 26th June... 5 weeks and 6 days from NHS but 3 weeks and 6 days for IVF... so wondering if you calculate 6 weeks based on NHS or ivf timelines...

I just used it and am 5 weeks and 6 days today so due date 14th march 2017... seems like bluewanderlust, you and me will be due with 2 days apart... I will definitely be following your journeys 😉
