Wierdly it said on the news yesterday that is now proven the only vitamins you need for pregnancy is vitamin d and folic acid. I've been on high strength vitamin d since last sept but still had a chemical pregnancy last month 😓 I'll still continue to take it though x

I was never tested for it, just through doing my own research really. Yeah it was either on the radio news or tele yesterday, can't remember which one, its was saying that theres been a study on pregnancy vitamins and that vit d and folic acid were the only ones needed. I take 1000 IU daily, fat stronger than whats in the all in one vitamins. Buy mine from holland and barrett xx

yes I am taking the same strength. I hope I am not overdoing it. I am taking the multivitamins and the vit D. Maybe I should just take the folic and vit D. As the multi-vits contain vit D too at a lower dose. The GP wont retest so will have to book a private blood test.
