ivf Treatment about to start

hi there, Woke up to the blooming witch this morning, so ive just cal the hospital and got my date for the Prostap injection - its the 3rd May (3 weeks away) - should we avoid unprotected sex till then? (im on protocol 7)

Hi, sorry, I don't know anything about what protocol 7 is so can't answer for sure. But I'm on long protocol and my hosp said that we shouldn't have unprotected sex from my period onwards. Protected sex was fine until couple of days before egg collection. Best of luck with your IVF

Hi snowwhite2705.  I agree with "Twistedwillow". Most protocols advise not to have unprotected intercourse until egg collection.  Good luck with the cycle. Diane
