Hot water bottle post EC?

What are people’s opinions? I have lower back pain/ache after EC this morning. I’ve had paracetamol and it half helps. Do we think a warm hot water bottle will be ok? I know they say no to direct heat after ET.

Thanks in advance xx

Hot water bottle saved me after my EC. I had a terrible week before transfer, that and paracetamol helped me be as good as possible for transfer time.
