Good luck Lucy! I had mine Thursday and I already feel like I've lost the plot! It definitely is the worst part. I'm trying to stay positive and relax- it's difficult though 😞 Xx

Not really, I had cramps the day after and my boobs have started getting sore but I out that down to meds. We'll just have to keep everything crossed 😁 Xx

I know it is a difficult time, but just try and continue life as normal (minus any heavy lifting). I was strangely calm during mine, even though I felt no different in any way. I am now 27 weeks pregnant. Stay positive and lots and lots.of luck. X

Hey Lucyfrancois,

I had my transfer yesterday too. At this moment in time I don't know how I'm going to make it to the 6th Nov, I'm already going crazy, ha ha. I'm going to write myself a list of things that will keep my mind occupied and my hands from searching google about implantation.

Sending you lots of baby dust. Xxx

Yeah that's sounds really gd. Xxxx baby dust to u too xx

Remember you are pregnant from the moment of ET. Be in each day. It's not a 'wait', it's a time to connect with yourself and your body in each day. Stress is all future thinking so let go of the future, it doesn't exist and be with yourself, your body in each day, each moment as that is the only moment that exists. Imagine your womb embracing the embryo and providing everything it needs to thrive, play with your imagination it is a gateway to your unconscious mind that controls all your bodily functions. x

Hello,

It is tough so just try to keep busy! I watched loads of box sets and went to the cinema a couple of times which kept my mind off things! I also ate lots of protein, Brazil nuts and fresh pineapple.

Also, any 'symptoms' are probably just down to the procedure and medication so don't drive yourself crazy googling and wondering if they are signs of pregnancy!

Good luck! x

I honestly had no signs other than those which could be attributed to the medication so try not analyse every twinge. I used hypnotherapy tracks for fertility and positive thinking most evenings. Otherwise it's a case of keeping as busy as possible without over doing it! East well with lots of protein and I too ate pineapple every day as I read that its supposed to help with implantation. Good luck xx

I'm glad you were able to go ahead & have the transfer on Sunday. I'm 4dp3dt & went back to work yesterday. Trying to take it easy for a couple of days as still quite bloated but must admit I'm pleased to have the distraction! Trying to put my feet up in the evenings & relax as much as possible. Good luck!
