Apparently so esp the core, I've eaten it from transfer day for the following few days x

I heard Danio yogurts were good though if it's true or not who knows... Lol good luck xx

I've heard a high protein diet helps, have been having 2 hard boiled eggs a day for weeks now lol! and increasing your calcium with yoghurts, milk & cheese x
