I did drink pineapple juice during the 2WW and my embryo did implant, no idea if it's a coincidence or if it helped! xx

I didn’t have pineapple at all and never heard of hazelnuts for this as I thought it was Brazil nuts which I tried but couldn’t stand.

I had a BFP both times not having any of these things x

Hi Dorekhani,

During my first cycle I ate pineapple for the first three days. I had three in total.

I got my BFP but ended in miscarriage sadly.

My second cycle I ate pineapple again but only for two days this time.

And i got my BFP again.

I am not saying I got my BFP because of pineapple. But it’s worth a try?

💛

My research is to buy a whole pineapple as it’s the core (middle part) of the pineapple you need to get the benefits. So I wouldn’t buy tinned pineapple although am sure wouldn’t do no harm !

Yea true it is enzyme which is present in core in large amount and in rest of pineapple very less but whole pineapple is benificial this enzyme is actually blood thinner and fight against inflammation... As tin foods are preserved by preservatives so in ivf we have to reduce not but quit chemicals because these disturb hormones... So whole fresh pineapple is best than tinn

Out of my 3 transfers, the only cycle I did not eat pineapple core, Brazil nuts and pomegranate juice I got my BFP. Its an old wives tale i think...when i told my FS about pineapple she just laughed and said she had never heard of it lol. Best of luck for OTD 🤞xx

I ate pineapple on all 3 of my transfers and none of them resulted in a BFP but who knows it can't hurt to try. Good luck x

I ate pineapple core and drank pomegranate juice a few days before and for at least a week after transfer. Obviously can’t say if that was why I got my BFP but I didn’t eat and drink that on the first round and it failed so I like to think it helped x

I had pineapple core on the day of my transfer and for 2 more days, ate brazil nut and pomegranate juice and I also had an acupuncture on the same day before my transfer was done, I did implantation yoga in my 2ww and I got my BFP with my twins, it was my first FET.

Brazil nuts and pom juice are supposed to be good for your lining. Though I did one prep with and one prep without and my lining was the same both times.

I think it's the pineapple core that's supposed to be good for implantation.

Hiya

I see a functional medicine doctor - the original reason was for gut related issues.

Brazil nuts 3-5 a day were recommended to me as the Selenium content helps as an antioxidant & potentially womb lining (?) I regularly eat them anyway for my Thyroid.

Also Beetroot (a lot...! Soups were encouraged 3-4x week) was recommended to help with blood flow which I would imagine is linked to placental development.

I can’t feedback on how well they work, as to date my issues have been further upstream in the process I’m afraid. If anyone has advice on their body producing ‘nuts’ that can’t be cracked rather than eggs... 😂 that would be welcome!

I wish you lots of good luck!

I drank pineapple juice NOT from concentrate and ate Brazil nuts (not heard hazelnut one) too and I have my coming up 3 year old x
