Hi I'm under the Uclh as I had cancer when I was about 3 , am now 21 and was concerned as to weather I would be able to have children, have had a Fallopian tube test ( they were fine ) also check my ovaries my left one has a cyst on it and is a bit damaged but my right one was good and had eggs , probably think I'm a bit young to be thinking about children but I have a very high risk of an extremely early menopause possibly before 30yrs old, I have spoken to the reproductive medicine unit and not sure what my options are yet as I had blood tests done but they havent come back yet, just wondering if anyone could tell me a bit more about fertility medicines for hormones and what they would help? as the doctor suspected I had low oestregen levels and haven't had the chance to speak to her yet. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Not sure if I'm in the right community but worth a shot. Thanks

Hello Mols94, I am not sure I can offer a huge amount of advice but I do think you're doing the right thing having these checks done now rather than waiting until you're ready to have children. The hospital will be better placed to advise you once you've had all the tests results back but I having your eggs frozen might be a good option for you.

Thank you! Yeh that could be an option! As I obviously want to be able to carry my own child, I have an appointment for August I think so hopefully they can speak with me in more detail then!
