I was so possitive and bang .. phone call from clinic today .. they having couple recipients tomorrow and if they dont pick me they will start me off straight in january so i dont hv to wait any longer for my treatment and eggs will go to the bank .. bad news was that nurse said she made mistake with payment and i will hv to pay extra £650 for ICSI xx coz she only changed us for IVF .. our budget is limites and thats nearly more than half of trearment cost so if we fail first time i wont be able to go for more then one after that until we pay some money back ... need lots of prayers so am strong enough to go to work and my partner to keep healthy and work so we can get thru this ..

Hi Miroslava,

How annoying for you, an extra £650 is a lot to find especially when you were not expecting to have to pay it.

I hope the potential recipients pick you tomorrow. I'll be thinking of you and your partner tomorrow and over Christmas.

Wow that's alot of money when you're not expecting it. It's so unfair. Like you we have to pay too as my hubby has a child from a previois relationship. (Who he never sees). Therefore it's perfectly ok to deprive me of having the opportunity to have a child apparently. The NICE guidelines are so unfair & out of date with the modern world! Anyway good luck Hun. Sprinkling baby dust your way. Xx
