Hi Elizabeth1888. It is good that you are taking a reputable multi-vitamin and folic acid preparation. On their own, they cannot give you a magical solution. However, eating a good sensible diet and avoiding alcohol and coffee, will help to prepare your body for pregnancy. If you have been trying to get pregnant for over a year, then perhaps you need to get your GP to refer you for further investigations and possible treatment. I hope that all works out well for you. Hi elizabeth1888. I dont have endometriosis myself however a close friend of mine had it very severely & was told she would never naturally conceive. To prepare her body & to help her condition she, without fail, drank 2litres of water everyday & had a healthy diet & also had fertility focused reflexology. After many months and a holiday to jamaica she conceive NATURALLY! She has since conceive a second naturally as well. I know alot of people who have sonce turned to reflexology & have all fallen on, some1 i worked with was on the medication for IVF when the scan picked up her pregnancy, she too thanks reflexology. It is expensive but it might be worth a try if you've tried everything else. Lots of luck x
