I had brown discharge last night.. which now turned to a red blood. Not so heavy, light so far..😢 i have no cramps yet..I hear it’s common but I feel like somethings wrong right now specially with my nausea stopping .. will call clinic in the morning..

Hi, just looked back at my calendar and I wrote on 9w : small blood in knickers (pink and brown) and then on 9w2d I wrote: Big bleed when wiping first thing and then dark blood clot when stuck finger in.

Just to say that was my fifth attempt at FET and this one stuck and is now almost 1y old.

Also I didn’t have nausea.

There are lots of reasons for bleeding in early pregnancy, no cramps is a good sign. Hopefully your clinic can scan you and put your mind at rest. If not ring your GP tell them your pregnant and bleeding and they will refer you to the EPU.

I had brown discharge the whole time between 3 weeks and 9 weeks, with two red bleed episodes in between, one of which had big clots and took me to the A&E. As others have said, there’s many reasons for bleeding in early pregnancy and I wouldn’t worry about it if you don’t experience cramps. In my case it was a haematoma and the one around 9 weeks was the placenta growing over the cervix (it moved up quickly). Speak to your clinic or go to the EPU. The EPU should be able to see you quickly and offer you a scan. Best of luck!

thanks everyone.. I’ve had a scan and all looks well.. no idea what caused the bleeding and been advised to use the pessaries in the back route instead 🙄

I had the same thing - no cause found but they did tell me it’s very common with fets. Glad all is well!
