can anyone walk me through this fet? Clexane , lubion , pessaries

so after a failed transfer with a 3bb we are doing a new transfer from a new ivf cycle. Scared because we only got 4 embryos (might be alot to some) . After my loss ive just been so worried that it will always go wrong.

So the plan of action with my new consultant is lubion clexane pessaries and aspirin.

Can anyone on here tell me the time line of using these . When do you start? When do you stop . Did you have success with pcos and your fet? If your first fet failed what did you do the second time?

For context i am 27 with pcos . Any success stories? What are my chances of success?

Thankyou

I never had this exact protocol but I used all these medications in different transfers. I started lubion and/ or pessaries when the lining has reached the thickness and hopefully the morphology that is required. The transfer came after 5 days on progesterone. When I used clexane I was told to start it on the day of the transfer. Aspirin at the same day as progesterone. I never had both clexane and aspirin together.

I think you have a good chance because of your age and the available embryos. All tye best!
