Nose bleed

Hey, I'm currently 27 weeks pregnant and 3 weeks ago had a really bad nose bleed, ended up in hospital with it. Had it cauterised and it's been ok until last night when I noticed blood on my tissue when wiping my nose (didn't fuly blow it as too scared to yet). Not developed into another nose bleed as yet but terrified it will, really don't want to go to hospital again. Just wondered if this had happened to anyone else xx

Nosebleeds in pregnancy are quite common and are due to hormonal changes Take a look at nhs.uk Nosebleeds in pregnancy for more information If still concerned speak to your midwife for reassurance

Thanks for your reply. My midwife said they are, mine was an extreme case I think as it just wouldn't stop bleeding. Just wondered if anyone else had had this and had a bit of a bloody nose afterwards . Thank you ☺
