Bikini wax low lying placenta

I can’t believe I’m asking this silly question lol but I’m paranoid. I’ve got a low lying placenta and marginal cord insertion. Can I get a bikini wax still with a low lying placenta? Like will the pressure be bad for it? Have to abstain from exercise and sexual activity but I’m not sure how far pelvic rest entails with things like waxing! I’ve got a spa day in a few weeks 🙈

I'm sure you've had this by now, but I had my first Hollywood wax since becoming pregnant yesterday. Waited ages, way longer than I usually would, as was pretty nervous. But I've always waxed and hated not doing it, all the l evidence seemed to say it was safe but could be more painful. So I did lycon wax for once, and it was fine. Had a scan today at 24 weeks and all seems fine xx

Amazing thanks for the heads up! I’m having my wax tomorrow! Also have Lycon so that’s a good sign you found it ok! X

A word of warning, I had a bikini wax in my first pregnancy and due to all the pregnancy changes it was agony and became so irritated I regretted doing it so much! I say just have a trim with a pair of scissors 😂

Good luck and enjoy your spa day xxx
