is it ok to take paracetamol at 9weeks pregnant? I have had a awful sore head the last few days and feel like taking 2 paracetamol will help shift it… I won’t be taking them every 4 hrs etc just a one off??

Hey

I'm 10 weeks and getting quite a few headaches so the midwife at my appointment told me that paracetamol is fine. Just avoid ibuprofen or aspirin.

Hope it shifts soon. X

Hope the headaches are resolving - remember to be drinking plenty of fluids [as dehydration can cause headaches] If still an issue be sure to mention it to your midwife at next visit

Take care

Janet
