I forgot to take my baby aspirin yesterday, first time I’ve forgotten since transfer! Do you think it’s ok that I missed a dose for one day?

I think you’re fine. I wouldn’t recommend it, but I’ve definitely skipped a few. Seemed to be harder to remember once I stopped the oestrogen tablets and all the pessaries!!

I have the fertility app from my clinic so it reminds me but I think I forgot as I took my vitamins at that time rather than my aspirin 😂
