Hi, had my scan at 7 weeks where i heard baby' s heartbeat which was on the low side but sonographer wasn't worried. Now, i am 11+ 5weeks and all of my symptoms are gone except for headaches which is probably from my high blood pressure. I am very worried i'm maybe having a missed miscarriage, is it worth it to get another scan privately at this point. My OB won't see me until i am 16 weeks and i don't think i can wait that long. Will there be signs i am having a miscarriage? The anxiety is killing me, i have told friends and family about this pregnancy and i just dont know what to do if this turns out to be a miscarriage. Sorry for the panic post, first pregnancy here.

no pregnancy symptoms almost 12 weeks
If you can afford it, perhaps you can book a reassurance scan at 12 weeks? I have done a few through the pregnancy to keep my mind at ease (roughly every 4 weeks when not having one on the NHS). Symptoms come and go, I remember mine changing around 12 weeks but they came and went from one day and week to the other. Definitely something to be happy about if nausea disappears but I know it is also worrying as it is too early to feel baby movements, etc. Take care!
Hi lovely. I felt exactly the same, almost completely normal other than a bit of bloating. But everything was fine at my 12 week scan last week. I most definitely could not of waited until 16 weeks!! I was far too anxious. So I think a private scan sounds sensible. And just remember the odds are massively in your favour. They reckon only 1% of women miscarriage if they’ve seen a heartbeat at 7 weeks. Wishing you loads of luck xxx
Hiya, I felt exactly the same. I’d panic whenever I felt nothing but everything was fine.
It’s so hard not knowing what’s going on in there! Have you been feeling nauseas at all? I only ask because mine came back after a few days of nothing, was around every few days and then kind of petered off into no sickness at all.
I wrote a similar post to yours a few weeks ago and lots of people replied saying it’s completely normal - which it is.
I’m 21 weeks today and feel the baby move lots now which makes things so much easier.
I’ll keep fingers crossed time goes quickly for you xxxx
It sounds like you need a private scan to settle those anxieties - book it in, it will be well worth it.
If it helps, I only had symptoms (nausea and wanting to eat all the time) in the first 24-9ish weeks, and then I’ve suffered from heartburn at night from probably around 15+ weeks. So hardly anything at all symptom wise! I wanted the reassurance from symptoms, alike you - but actually we are just incredibly lucky! Xx
Yes agree with the others - you sound like you need a private scan if you can pay for it to reassure you.
I think symptoms start to decrease anyway once the placenta starts to take over around the 12 week mark....
X
Pregnancy symptoms come and go so try not to worry (easier said than done I know).
