Hi! I'm really worried because I'm now 8 weeks and 5 days pregnant and my symptoms are easing of, I have read online that it should be the worse now between week 9 and 10, I'm still really tired, slightly sore boobs but they never got to sore to start with, my nausea is really mild the last few days and my food aversion has almost disappeared the last few days, I'm just really paranoid as my last pregnancy was a silent miscarriage which I had very abnormal hcg levels and I didn't have any pregnancy symptoms with that one, everything is probably fine but I'm just feeling super anxious, could some lovely women tell me their stories if this is normal if it's happened to them, thank you xx

8 weeks and 5 days pregnant with symptoms easing
Symptoms do really come and go. I found that when I was busy my symptoms were less. If you are really concerned, maybe try to sort a private ultrasound?
Hi Asha82,
My symptoms started to ease off at around 8-9 weeks and I was anxious about this too. My main early pregnancy symptoms were tiredness, extreme hunger (if I didn’t eat I’d feel really sick), slightly sore, swollen boobs and a couple of food/smell aversions. Currently 28 + 4 weeks and all developing well so far.
I hope this gives you some reassurance 🙂
Symptoms really do come and go, they did with my pregnancy and everyday I woke up feeling good and not nauseous during the first trimester I would panic something was wrong. I think it's completely normal to be anxious after experiencing losses, try to find something to occupy your mind like reading your favourite book, binge watching something, trying a new hobby, plan little date nights with your partner. For me I found jewellery making helped with my anxiety as it was super fiddly so had to concentrate while doing it. Also nothing wrong with getting a private reassurance scan if that helps you. Also just to say after a very anxious and stressful pregnancy I am currently feeding my perfect 6 month old. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy x
hey. Really normal I think. My nausea was up and down throughout. Some days better and then suddenly back with a vengeance. And I only really had fatigue between 6 and 8 weeks. Then I was fine. My food aversions were ongoing throughout, but again…definitely worse at 6-8 weeks!
Wishing you all the best and a healthy baby in approx 31 weeks time!!
at that stage I had days where I felt worse and days where I didn't feel pregnant at all! It's hard to trust - and in fact, I didn't - I kept getting scans at this period to reassure myself. Do whatever you need to, to get through this hard time xx
Ow symptoms are coming and going and changing every day you just have to ignore them otherwise it drives you mad
