2nd Miscarriage - any advice?

Hoping someone out there understands what this is like.

My wife (36) and I (33) have been struggling to conceive with unexplained infertility. We started IVF back in July and had a fresh transfer followed by a double FET last month, sadly both attempts ended in an early miscarriage before week 6.

We started with 7 embyros and now we have 3 left now (1 didn't survive the thaw). Had been taking estrogen, prenatal vitamins and progesterone (pessaries + lubion) but no other meds upto this point.

We both desperately want the next one to work but we're worried there could be other factors at play and don't want to waste our embryo's.

We've not had any tests following the miscarriages, has anyone been in a similar situation after 2 attempts? Would really appreciate any advice, both of us are finding this to be really difficult.
