What to ask after a unsuccessful transfer

Hi,

Unfortunately my husband and I had our first ever round of IVF (ICSI) and our first transfer was unsuccessful. I felt from day 7 post transfer, I was getting period cramps and an early test confirmed this too.

I’ve requested a follow up with the clinic. What questions should I ask to give a better chance of a successful frozen transfer(our only one!)? Am I right to ask what the frequent blood tests before transfer showed and if the progesterone levels were good enough? It’s all new to us and I have no idea what to ask or expect.
