Hi all, my husband and I have been trying for a baby with no success for 3 and a half years now. And with out most recent consultant appointment have been added to the IVF waiting list. Just like everyone else we can't believe we are at this stage and about to begin this journey. There are so many emotions about the unknown. But I just want to ask what we should do to give up the most optimal chances to have high quality embreyos. Should we consider supplements or change our diets now. I'm so new to this. Thanks in advance for any advice and help

Hi, I'm really sorry you're going through this. I know this thread isn't active anymore, but in case you return — and it's not too late — I wanted to share an article with actionable tips on how to boost your chances of success with your first IVF cycle: fertilityroad.com/mag/how-c... . Keep in mind that most of the recommended changes should ideally be made at least three months before starting treatment. I hope this helps. Wishing you the best of luck
