A friend recommended trying some to help me sleep through the night.
Was told I have mild fatty liver 3 years ago. After an ultrasound at that time, I lost 35 lbs and my GP is no longer concerned. I’ve have not had any further testing to confirm degree of damage or improvement and my blood work seems to have returned to be within normal range.
Continue to monitor my diet, exercise regularly and avoid over the counter medications as much as possible.

I do not actually have any experience with THC so I’ve no idea about my tolerance, and could not find any information on whether it would help or harm the liver.
I'd suggest speaking with your doctor before taking the gummies. If there is something wrong with your liver, the gummies won't work as they are processed through the liver.
My husband started taking them after his diagnosis and wasn't receiving any benefits, that's when we discovered they are pointless with liver disease or in his case, end stage liver disease.
Thank you for sharing your husband’s experience. I’ve already decided it’s probably best to avoid them, just feel there’s not enough information on how the liver reacts.
Sorry for his current diagnosis, I truly hope he can turn it around and start to heal bit by bit.
I’ve taken 5mg THC gummies for sleep aid for several years. For me, it’s to achieve a deeper, non-REM sleep. The main drawback is it only lasts six hours. So I often find myself wide awake then. That can be solved by taking the gummy at 1am or so - which is generally okay for me due to having “old person bladder”.😄
