Thank you for your replies to my question. I will ask as soon as I next see doctor. It still appears to be a minefield of choices when you have Nash and diabetes as well as all the other ailments that come with being 75. I’m fortunate to be quite fit but do work at it so one good thing. Thanks again Pat
