hello, I was sent to the hospital about a month ago unsure what was wrong with me. Turns out a combination of issues resulting in NAFLD and a shredded gallbladder required a removal of the latter. It’s a bit of a whole new world trying to figure out what to do next to ensure I can keep my liver in the long run.

looking to learn and make changes.
