Proper amounts in daily diet ?

Can someone tell us the best advice for amount of:

Protein, Carbs, good Fats in a day? I have seen and been told several different ratios.

In my ratio of a low carb diet, it figures out 30 carbs, 134 gr. of protein,89gr. of fat and that figures out 1457 calories, that is figured out by an app I was instructed by liver Dr to use to stay within my low carb diet " My Fitness Pal ". Any thoughts give me a shout !!

Love My Fitness Pal. However which is more important to manage carbs or fats?? My nutritionists says fats. Any thoughts on this???

Carbs mostly, but my fitness pal figures my carbs,fat and protein. Low carb diet which took some time to get to these numbers but 134 protein,30 carbs,89gr. Of fat which figures out to 1460 calories, which I don't follow, but my fitness pal will automatically list it.
