Can anyone tell me if grapeseed oil and avocado oil are okay to use with nash/cirrhosis in small amounts occasionally? I know about using a good olive oil in your diet. Thanks.

Both are good oils. The difference is that grape is omega 6 where olive is omega 9. The olive oil is better for you.
I use coconut oil, very clean, doesn't have the taste olive oil has, had not heard of the 2 you listed.
Holy Smoke my coconut oil jar says out of 14 grams of fat there are 12 grams of saturated fat in 1 tablespoon. Thats not good. Olive oil 15 grams of fat Avocado oil 14 grams of fat both have ONLY 2 grams of saturated fat. Coconut is a bad choice in my mind.
