I've tried excessively working out and eating healthy but have had no luck. I've only lost 2 pounds in four months. And now an injured knee.

Any ideas on diet supplements?
Zero processed foods, zero sugar, zero starch and zero Simple carbohydrates. No wheat, no grains of any kind. No fructose or fruit. Everything else is healthy. I lost 210 pounds over several years doing this.
supplements are rarely helpful. Here is a link to our approach to a liver friendly diet
Firstly, i'd start writing down what you're really eating, i.e. fats, salt. If your eating healthy, staying away from desserts, alcohol, fried foods, too much meat and fatty meats, you should have lost way more than that. In 5 months of eliminating all the above, I've gone from size 18 to 12. I don't get on the scales, have always gone by clothes sizes.
All the best,

Hang in there. It’s hard to lose and so easy to gain, I understand your frustration. I eliminated processed food, bread, white rice and potatoes. I did try red lentil pasta in limited amounts and also tried sticking to chicken, tuna or salmon.
It was a drastic change from my usual diet and I only lost 3 pounds a month so at the end of a year I lost 35 pounds 10 pounds less than my original goal.
I still fluctuate 4/5 pounds and cannot seem to get past the original 35 weight loss.
My doctor suggested intermittent fasting, but I haven’t given it a try yet.
Good luck on your journey.
