Hello everyone. I've been feeling crappt for over a year now. What started out as very mild, dull discomfort on both sides, has become more constant and much more uncomfortable since December of 2020. I've gone from 184 to 163, at the time of my GRS, last October. On top of all of that, I have been having to deal with thyroid related problems most of last year, up to now. My doctor isn't listening. He doesn't believe I have a thyroid problem, as my TSH has always been "normal"!! I eat very healthy...all organic and grass fed meats, fish, etc since very early 2020. I ate what I believed to be healthy even before then. I've never had elevated LFTS, with one exception. Back in May 2020, my ALT/AST was 49/24. After that, they returned to the normal range where they always have been. My last blood test, December 2020, both were at 15/15. I know that normal LFTS can still indicate an issue. I feel like the rest of my life is list now, because it may, and probably will only get worse from here on. I'm scheduled to have a breast augmentation surgery later this year, but im thinking now, why should I bother with it or look forward to anything else as a transgenderwoman, with her life, in my opinion.. .DOWN THE TOILET NOW!! Id love all the he'll and support that there is here to offer, on what I should and should not be eating, etc. As I said, I believe, I'm eating healthy, but I've read many different things about what is right. I've incorporated nuts and teas into my diet. Should I, or shouldn't I. Thats just one of many questions I have....please help. I'd love to meet you, get to know u, and learn what I can from you. Please.....I feel as though this is the beginning of the end for me.....thanks

You are pretty far out of our knowledge zone here. There are a lot of gastro issues involved with liver disease and can cause a lot of pain but how that would react to the hormone changes don't really have any idea. As far as diet is concerned this is our recommendation
