I'm new here. I had a blood test last Dec prior to out patient surgery for an unrelated issue. I just now looked at my blood test (via my Patient Portal) and saw that my ALK Phos was 142, my AST 86 my ALT 106. After what I just now read online, I am freaking out! Should I be worried? What should I do? #bloodtests

Its good that you are being proactive. First, blood values can fluctuate quite a bit so it is prudent to want to learn more but try to take a deep breath. You should follow up with your doctor and talk about your situation but since you are here wondering about your liver you should understand that most liver problems develop slowly so if that is an issue it is more of a marathon than a sprint so try not to freak out.
