I finally got my Fibroscan results. Stage 1 with no scarring. My lab work all came back normal, just a little high on cholesterol. Colonoscopy was normal.

Hi Blue

That's all good news. You need to lose the weight probably if you mean stage 1 steatosis or fatty liver. If you mean stage 1 fibrosis or NASH you still need to manage it but that would be a more concerning result. Same rules apply, but either answer is good news as you can manage it with diet if there is no other cause.

Thank you for the reply. I weigh 135 now. My highest was 150 in April, 2019. What changed was joining the gym, swimming, bike, etc. I've never been a big junk food eater.

Good results blue, I’m so pleased for you. Keep it up, now concentrate on your dietary needs, which I’m sure you will. Still awaiting results of my check abdominal scan and bloods.

Yes, starting to get a little anxious now, we all do it don’t we 🤔. Still I will be positive. Thanks blue.
