Fibroscan my CAP is 370 and 7 KPA.
Those readings suggest that you have a fatty liver with minimal scarring.
Can you tell me what is my next step. What should I do ? Any way to reduce my CAP or my fatty liver !? Any drugs should I take for KPA ? Any One can guide me !?
There are not drugs if the cause is NASH, it is all about lifestyle and diet. Here is a link that may help you get started

Is nash reversible once there is scarring?
scarring can be reduced, if there is only a little it can go away. At some point there is too much and the best one can do is stop progression and have some reduction.
Is it safe to say though that the liver can operate in a healthy way once you reverse your fatty liver? Scarring is scaring. I get that. Just like a scar on your scalp or arm, right? I guess I’m trying to understand whether the scaring (I’m F2, S3) will lead to problems down the road even if I do everything right and reverse the fat. Does that make sense? 🤷🏻♂️
