Yes NO fast food or alcohol. Try to lay off sugar. I like splenda. Use a Mediterranian diet and cut processed foods bologna, hot dogs etc.. Use seafood for protein hamburger is ok steaks must be well done. You will extend your livers time this way.

Use Stevia sugar if any,do not use Splenda,sweet n low or any other fake sugars,Google Stevia you can find it at Trader Joe's where its inexpensive.
