(Intermittent) Fasting in combination with LCHF works:
Having lost five stone and got fit(er), my resting pulse rate is normally 50-55, my blood pressure is 105/70 and I am about 12% body-fat!
"When toes are blue" is a good sign (peripheral cyanosis) - when I had gout and cellulitis my toes were swollen and red - and now they are blue, (when it is cold).
My teddy-bear always comes out of hibernation on Valentine's day - and he found 23 young ladies, wished them "Happy Valentines's Day" and gave each a white carnation.
I've installed this App I love it so far, really helps.
