Here's an article about celebs who use IF for health and weight benefits. I was interested in Terry Crews saying his day starts at 4-45am with a workout at 6pm not eating until 2pm and just drinking bottles of water with amino acids.
And I also like how Hugh Jackman says how much better he sleeps since taking uo fasting as well as feeling much better.
But IF is not for everyone and there are some very sensible words of advice that fasting isn't for everyone and some people ought to consult their Dr first and not to become obsessed with fasting. And one thing is for sure and thats IF is on trend with many celebs.
That sounds really interesting. I'm fasting most days as I have a little snack of a raw fruit bar and 2 squares of dark chocolate no later than 21:00 and then don't have anything else until between 13:00 and 14:00. Some days I'm hungry but most days I'm fine. I also think it helps better when exercising, I perform better on an empty tummy.
BTW, I tried the link but it came up with page 404 error so can't view it.
Have a lovely day.

Hi Jerry
Yes I do. I was reading an article in my magazine about a woman who got on very well with a 16 hour fast. I don't miss breakfast at all and that's strange as I used to love breakfast.
Thank you for the link and honestly no need to apologise as it worked for you, it was probably my mobile.
Enjoy the rest of your day.

It really is and I can see why. I first came across it when I met one of my friends as she takes part, because of her religion, in Ramadan each year and says how much better she feels when she's in the Ramadan period.
