I’m interested in doing the lchf whilst fasting however I get all flummoxed about it! How much carb do I have a day and how much high fat. I need it to be easy to do as I don’t want to start having to weigh everything etc.
Or do I just eat a healthy balance of all ?
I got the Mary Berry book for Christmas and also subscribe to the Heart foundation, so I get recipes from them.

While there are a few low carb ideas in there, it is most distinctly not a low carb cook book. It's full of bread, pasta and potatoes.
Similarly, I poked around the BHF website, and they are also not low carb. I found a whole article on dough!! bhf.org.uk/informationsuppo...
I'm avoiding all grains, including my beloved oats for now (except on a few occasions where I have consciously broken the diet) and potatoes. All sugar of course, and beer or sweet wines. I'm avoiding most fruit (though blood oranges are in season, so I will have a few of those before they disappear). I know berries are better, and have had a few of those. You are supposed to avoid starchy and sweet vegetables, but I am still eating tomatoes, pumpkin sweet potatoes etc. Am I in ketosis? I don't know. I am losing weight, and able to go to OMAD two days out of three without my pain. YMMV.
Edit: when I can't get to dinner without breaking my fast, I have found that olives and/or cheese slices are a good snack that lets me keep going without too much carbs. I have taken to packing a small container with some of each, which stops me buying a carb snack if hunger gets to me
Hope this helps. You know I am another newbie, so take my advice with caution.
First, I realised I didn't know what low carb actually meant. This seems a good definition dietdoctor.com/low-carb/how.... That's below 130 grams, but they really only consider diets below 100g. How much is that? Well, a serving of spaghetti is about 60g, a slice of bread 15, and a serving of this yummy looking curry I was just reading about is 75g! hellofresh.co.uk/recipes/ch... Not much left in your carb budget if you have rice or spaghetti for dinner, and a sandwich for lunch.
FWIW I am between 20-70g most days, and that's working for me...except today
If you use Myfitnesspal app, it gives you a neat piechart of macronutrients daily (carbs/fat/protein) I try to stay roughly within 15-20% protein, 20% carbs, rest as fats.
Hidden pointed me towards lower protein than the Atkinsy-style macros I was on before, with good scientific reason, so I made that adjustment.
