Anxiety about wetting

Looking for some advice please. About 10 days ago my 4 year old wet herself at nursery. Through no fault of her own. Ever since she is so anxious that she is going constantly saying she is desperate and getting very upset about it. She has been checked by doctor and no infection etc so I’m sure it’s just anxiety. Just need tips on how best to help her as it is really upsetting her

Could you persuade her that loads of 4 year olds wet their pants at nursery, and if it does happen again then it doesn't matter and the staff are used to changing wee'd in clothes? I've made a graphic for you that might help!
