From age of 2 up to now at 13 my D has struggled

to be consistent with following the guidance and taking the medication regularly. Started with a sore big poop and from then on she would hold her poo with great determination. The first few years I was sure it would resolve once on the plan but unfortunately her strong will proved difficult to take the movicol over the years. She was hospitalised in 2023 when she couldn’t urinate for a week and was backed up once they did X-rays and she indeed was. Unfortunately again she would refuse all the necessary medical support fighting nurses and my self away. They tried the feeding tube but was unsuccessful and traumatic. Seperated from her Dad in 2022 and he has not given her the medication on many occasions. August was her last block and now. School refusal too and have a EHA and TAF for that. Seeing the nurse tomorrow but feeling so stuck and helpless.

Could she be autistic? Sounds like my kids to a T - lots of sensory issues and control issues.
