Put it on once you have the erection. It will reduce the blood flow out of your penis so you should stay harder longer. I would have thought it was worth a try.

I developed ED Post-Prostatectomy in 2004 ad was not at all satisfied with the available Treatment Modalities, e.g., PDE5 Inhibitors (Viagra, etc.), VED (Vacuum Erection Device) and Penile injections.
