Combining Sildenafil (Viagra) and Tadalafil (Cialis)

Hi - just wanted to ask if anyone has experimented with combining these 2 at the same time? And if so, at what dosages..?

I read and gather that it's not typically advised to mix but I've seen some combination pills for sale in the UK from decent providers, so was interested in comments from anyone who had real-world experience....

Thanks :)

My ED specialist has me on 5mg Tadafil everyday and every third day 100mg Viagra , that works well....we have recently lowered the viagra to 50mg and added the peptide PT141, for both the wife and I and that really does works really well for male and female, In addition we both take L-Arginine twice a day, this boost nitic acid supply. We are 67 and 63 and sex keeps getting better......Also use Trimix penile injections instead of viagra, if I combine with PT141 I halve the Viagra / Trimix dosage. PT141 is like a special night once a week.

A few questions, if I may:

(1) do you still have your prostate? or was it removed?

(2) my understanding is that PT141 is also an injection; is that how you're using it?

(3) if answer to (2) was yes, then how are you managing the days you also use trimix? 2 separate injections?

My prostate has not been removed.Pt141 is a injection we use a 8mm needle in the stomach area about an hour before sex both wife and I, it's approved by FDA to improve arousal in women as well as men

Under a brand name.

Trimix is injected in the pens about 5 minutes before you should be able to feel the pt141 kick in and lower the trimix . I found by not lowering trimix combined with pt141 I had a election on and off for the next 24 hours it's a bit uncomfortable I try and use the Min about of trimix ..05 to ..12, pt141, .125 Viagra 50 to 100mg. Start with all doses low.

I do not combine Viagra and trimix . The daily tadadifil is to get a erection every morning, that is important to keep it working

When I use pt-141 it can take up to 8 hours to take effect. When I used it with 100mg of viagra it was almost scary…You’re fortunate to have a doctor working with you.

Hello, sensible advice thank you. I wasn't aiming to mix them myself. But a UK online doctor/prescription service is selling a compounded tablet of 8-18mg of tadalafil + 10mg of sildenafil. So, was just seeking out any experiences by others with a compounded tablet or combination like this, Many Thanks

I would not consume any drugs bought online. Just too risky.

I would not recommend mixing. I’ve had good luck with 5mg cialis every day
