Alprostadil

If anyone has got some or alprostadil injections they don’t want, let me know.

I cannot say my erections were any better than with Alprostadil alone, and the general penile pain, tho a little less, was still there after the injection . I have read about BI-MIX which consists of those other 2 medication (aside from the Alprostadil) in the TRIMIX.

I mentioned to my doctor about the Tri-mix option and he seemed to think that Alprostadil was better for me. I also asked about the MUSE suppository and was dissuaded from even trying it. Can anyone give me their experience with different injectibles, using cock rings, etc?

Is there a product shortage or discontinuation issue with this medication? My pharmacy in the SE US is mentioning this.

Basic low dose Trimix: alprostadil 10 mcg/ml, papaverine 12.5 mg/ml, phentolamine 0.45 mg/ml.

The strongest Alprostadil urethral sticks don't work. The Caverject injections work fairly well but my penis doesn't go down for several hours, so I am strongly advised not to inject.
