Testosterone 1 year after RP??

I'm just over 1 year post-RP, and all the post surgery path report and current lab numbers are all very good. My sexual health urologist (referred by my surgeon) said that once I'm 1 full year out with undetectable PSA, he would begin with testosterone to aid in sexual function. Has anyone done this, and what have your results been?

I've recovered some of my functioning, but not where it should be.

This is tricky because you had cancer. The lower the Gleason score and the greater time

from the RP with nil psa is optimistic. Be clear that you really have low T and need it as this is widely prescribed with poor science. An endocrinologist may be helpful and your urologist MUST be involved.
