overie pain!

HI all,ive got fibroids one the size of apple other a plum and numerous ones around pelvic area,endo and cysts on both overies!!,had decap injections for 6months which were ok apart from hot/cold sweats day and night.had merina fitted last August for the second tim( first one moved to my birth canal due to plum in my wombwomb) but since xmas ive had really bad pain in overies like period pain daily, dont know what to do now, any suggestins?

if medicines arent working you should try and find a keyhole surgery specialist who will remove the fibroids cysts and endometriosis all in the same operation. i have all three too and will be hopefully getting it all removed.
