Pain relief help
Hello,
I haven't tried reflexology but I have heard it is effective.
I wanted to suggest getting a TENS machine as I to was so fed up of pill popping when it didn't really work and just felt all I was being offered things that knocked me out rather than helped with the pain. I've had my TENS since xmas and can honestly say it helped so much. I used it on a regular basis even if pain was managable, I feel like it just calmed everything and when I had severe pain that would make me scream out or collapse previously, when I previously needed Tramadol. Now I rarely take it and just turn my TENS right up and it calms it down again.
They are expensive, but same as repeat prescriptions adding up but less side effects, more sleep and being more active has been invaluable to be and cheaper than course of reflexology.
Good Luck xxx
I have a regular reflexology session and thoroughly enjoy it - it really does make me feel better afterwards, mentally and physically so I would recommend you at least give it a try.
